• The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables of any consulting project will be outlined in a separate written Service Agreement or Proposal signed by both parties.
• While we strive to provide the highest quality of practical advice and implementation support, we do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, as business success depends on numerous internal and market variables.

2. Client Obligations

To enable us to deliver effective solutions, you agree to provide timely, accurate, and complete information regarding your business, organizational structure, or career history. Delays in providing necessary information, access to key personnel, or feedback may result in corresponding delays in our project timelines.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a separate Service Agreement, all methodologies, training materials, frameworks, CV templates, and proprietary processes developed or utilized by J & J Workforce Consulting Ltd remain our exclusive intellectual property. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables strictly for their internal business or personal career purposes.

4. Confidentiality

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, J & J Workforce Consulting Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of our services or reliance on our consulting advice.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
